Biza.ca turns the work of setting up and growing a small business into an A to Z checklist, and helps owners close the letters they cannot close alone. It is a Canadian consulting brand within the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. We are headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work with owners in every province and territory. Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads the work.
The idea came from a pattern. When owners called about marketing, the marketing was rarely the first problem. The domain belonged to someone else, nobody knew the Google profile login, there was no record of who had agreed to receive the email offers. Each problem was small. Together they meant marketing money was being spent on foundations the business did not control.
Why an A to Z checklist
Because owners finish lists that have an end. Most business advice arrives as an endless stream of tips. An alphabet is finite: 26 letters, a handful of boxes each, and when they are ticked you are done until the yearly letters come round again.
The format also keeps us honest. Every recommendation we make has to land on a letter, which stops us selling things that do not fill a gap. If your alphabet is mostly green, we will tell you so, and point you to the free checklist rather than a paid project.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi has 17+ years of experience in digital marketing and business growth, starting in 2007. That year he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. His MBA is in Technology Management, and Vancouver, British Columbia, is where he now lives and works.
Since then he has:

How we work
Answer first, evidence always, and nothing you cannot own. Three habits shape every engagement:
- We score before we sell. The first conversation is about which letters are empty. If the answer is "very few," we say so.
- We work on your accounts, in your name. Anything we set up is registered to the business. We work on screen-shares or with temporary access you can remove; we never need your passwords.
- We stay in our lane. Biza.ca does business and marketing consulting. Letters that depend on tax, legal, insurance or registration rules get an official link and a referral to the right professional, not our opinion.
Engagements run by phone, text, email, video call or in person. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, so expect answers on working days. We usually reply within one business day.
What we will never claim
We will not invent proof. You will not find made-up customer quotes, star ratings we did not earn, or promises of rankings or sales on this site. The only rating we mention is the real one: GasBoilers.ca holds a 5.0★ rating from 76+ Google reviews, and that is a result from our HVAC work.
