Pick the service by the shape of your gaps, not by the size of your business. If you do not know where the gaps are, start with the review. If you know the gaps are in ownership, go straight to recovery. If the setup is sound but customers are not finding you, the growth letters are the fit. If you want slow, steady progress, choose the monthly advisory.
All four are business and marketing consulting delivered by Ali Sedighi, MBA, in person or by video call, phone, text and email, anywhere in Canada. Prices are on the pricing page, and the first 30 minutes are free.

A to Z business review
The review is for owners who want an honest score on all 26 letters before deciding what to fix. You send what you have: registration documents, a list of your online accounts, your website, last year's marketing spend. Ali works through each letter, marks it green, amber or red, and writes one line on why.
What you get back is your own checklist, marked up, with the red letters ranked by risk and by money. It is a short document, deliberately: most owners act on a list they can read in ten minutes. Details on the A to Z business review page.
Choose this if:
- ☐ you inherited or bought the business and are not sure what the previous owner set up
- ☐ you have been trading for years and suspect things were skipped
- ☐ you are about to spend real money on marketing and want the foundations checked first
Accounts and ownership recovery
Recovery is for owners who already know letter A is red. The usual story: a web designer registered the domain years ago, an ex-employee set up the Google Ads account, and the Facebook page belongs to a personal profile nobody can reach. Until those are back in the owner's name, the business is renting its own identity.
We map every account, work out who controls each one, and then follow each platform's official recovery or transfer process with you. The end product is a key list (letter X) showing what you own, who has access and where the logins live. See accounts and ownership recovery.
Growth letters: G, M, R, S and W
The growth letters are for owners whose setup is sound but whose phone is quiet. Five letters decide most of a small business's inbound demand: G (Google Business Profile), M (measurement), R (reviews), S (search) and W (website). We audit them together because they depend on each other. A strong website with no measurement is a guess; reviews with no Google profile go nowhere.
This is the service closest to our HVAC work. Among those results, CombiBoiler.ca earned 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords. Read more on the growth letters page.
Letter-a-month advisory
The advisory is for owners who want steady progress and a standing second opinion. Each month we pick one or two letters, agree what "done" means, and check them off at the next session. Over a year that closes most of an alphabet without a big project landing on a busy owner's desk.
It is also where the yearly letters live: Y (year-end review) and Z (zero-based review of spending) are easier with someone holding you to them. See letter-a-month advisory.
How to choose in two minutes
Answer three questions and the choice usually makes itself.
- Do you know which letters are red? If no, start with the review.
- Is any red letter about who owns an account? If yes, recovery comes before anything else.
- Is your main problem too few customers rather than messy setup? If yes, the growth letters are the fit.
Still unsure? Print the A to Z checklist, mark it up, and send us a photo. We will tell you which service fits, or whether you need us at all. Questions about how we work are answered in the FAQ, and you can reach us on the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to finish the checklist before calling?
No, but a first pass helps. Even a rough list of which letters are empty lets us suggest the right service in the first conversation.
Can I combine services?
Yes. A common path is an A to Z review first, then accounts recovery or the growth letters for the red items it finds. We scope each piece separately so you only pay for what you use.
Do you do the work or just advise?
Both, depending on the letter. On the marketing letters we can do the work. On letters that touch tax, law, insurance or registration, we advise on order and priorities and point you to the official source or a licensed professional.
Are these services only for new businesses?
No. Many of the owners who benefit most have been trading for five or ten years and built their setup in a hurry. The checklist finds what got skipped.
