You can reach Biza.ca three ways: call (604) 632-4959, text the same number, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Messages are answered during our hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Every message is read by Ali Sedighi, MBA, who leads every engagement.
The quickest route to a useful answer is to send a photo or scan of your marked-up A to Z checklist. It tells us in thirty seconds what a long discovery call would take an hour to uncover.

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

We talk it through

Call, text or email
Pick the channel that fits what you want to say.
- Call (604) 632-4959 if you would rather talk it through, or if a letter feels urgent, such as a domain about to expire.
- Text (604) 632-4959 for a quick question or to arrange a time to talk. Include your name and business so we know who is writing. One short text about your red letters is enough; we take it from there.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca for anything with attachments: your checklist, a list of accounts, a quote from another provider you want a second opinion on.
If you call outside office hours, leave a short message with your name, business and a good time to call back.
What to include in your message
A few lines save a round of back-and-forth. You do not need all of these, but each one helps:
- ☐ Business name and the province or territory where you trade
- ☐ Website address, if you have one
- ☐ How long you have been trading
- ☐ Which letters are red or amber on your checklist (or "haven't done it yet")
- ☐ What prompted you to get in touch now
- ☐ Best time to reach you
A template you can copy:
Hi Ali, I'm [Your name] from [Business name] in [City, Province]. We've been trading for [number] years. On the A to Z checklist, [letters] are red and [letters] are amber. The one that worries me most is [letter], because [reason]. Best time to reach me is [day and time].
Please do not send passwords by any channel. We never need them.
What happens next
Three steps, and nothing is charged until you agree in writing.
- We reply. We usually reply within one business day, either with a short answer or with a suggested time for the free 30-minute consultation.
- We talk. On the call we go through your letters, tell you honestly which ones you can close yourself, and which (if any) would benefit from help. If your alphabet is mostly green, we say so.
- You get a written proposal, if it makes sense. It lists the letters in scope, what "done" means for each, the price, milestones, GST/HST and the notice period. You decide in your own time.
Details on the options are on the services page and the pricing page.
Before you get in touch
Ten minutes with the checklist makes the first call twice as useful. If you have not done a first pass yet, try these four boxes now:
- ☐ I know who my domain is registered to.
- ☐ I am the primary owner on my Google Business Profile.
- ☐ I have a written list of the business's online accounts.
- ☐ I know which provincial body my business is registered with.
If any are unticked, the accounts you own guide and our areas hub will help you answer them before we speak.
About Biza.ca

Frequently asked questions
Is the first call free?
Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. If your checklist is mostly green, we will tell you so.
Should I call, text or email?
Whichever you prefer. Email suits a marked-up checklist or a list of accounts. Text suits a quick question. A call suits owners who would rather talk it through.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Consultations are available in person or online by video call, and phone, text and email work too for owners in every province and territory.
What happens to the information I send?
We use it only to answer you and, if you go ahead, to do the work. We only email people who contact us first, and we never need your passwords.
